ICP and Positioning that the AI builds from your product information
What Strategy is
The Strategy page shows your ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and Positioning Statement — created by AI from your product info. These are the foundation the AI uses when writing all your content.
ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
An ICP is a profile of your ideal customer. The AI creates multiple personas, each with:
| Field | What it shows |

| Persona name | e.g. "Pre-launch SaaS Founder" |
| Pain points | Problems this group faces |
| Goals | What they want to achieve |
| Objections | Reasons they might not buy |
| Preferred channels | Where this audience spends time |
ICPs appear in Inbox first — you need to Approve them before they show up on the Strategy page.
Positioning Statement
Positioning includes:
- One-liner — one sentence that describes your product
- Value Proposition — the core value your product delivers
- Messaging Story — the narrative to use when talking to customers
- Competitor comparison — how you differ from each competitor
Regenerate Strategy
Click Regenerate in the top right → the AI re-analyzes your product info and sends a new ICP + Positioning to Inbox.
If you've updated your product info or brand profile and want the AI to update the Strategy, click "Regenerate."
