How RooDee.ai's AI Agent works
Overview
The AI Agent works automatically in three modes:

| Weekly Heartbeat | Every week on a set schedule | Creates content drafts for each channel |
| Inbox Loop | After each Approve / Reject | Processes your feedback, re-drafts if rejected |
| Campaign Agent | When you create a new Campaign | Builds a full campaign content plan |
Weekly Heartbeat
Every week the AI:
- Analyzes performance — reviews how last week's content performed
- Plans — decides what to post this week and on which channel
- Writes content — creates drafts based on your approved Brand Profile and Positioning
All results are sent to your Inbox for review.
Adjust how often the Agent runs in Settings (options: every 1, 2, 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours).
Inbox Loop
When you interact with a draft in Inbox:
- Approve → published to that channel immediately
- Reject + reason → AI creates a new draft using your feedback
- Comment → AI reads it and incorporates it in the next iteration

Campaign Agent
When you create a new Campaign, the Agent:
- Analyzes the campaign goal and target audience
- Creates a content plan covering every day of the campaign
- Sends all drafts to Inbox at once

View the full history of all Agent runs in Dashboard or the Activity page in the left menu.
